CHASSIS RECONDITIONING SERVICE

Spyder also recondition the original Lotus stressed skin chassis. This service involves the shotblasting of the original frame to assess its condition. Removing the front suspension bulkhead, loading the chassis into the Europa main frame jig and replacing the front suspension bulkhead with new. Priming, top coating and stove enamelling the reconditioned chassis and supplying new wishbone spindles, thrust washers and nyloc nuts.
